Titania Labs are pleased to announce the release of Sun Patch Check version 3.3. As the name suggests, Sun Patch Check determines what patches are missing from a Solaris system, comparing the installed patches against the Sun recommended list, the Sun security patch list or all the patches. Sun Patch Check includes an online update facility in order to keep the patch list up to date.

Sun Patch Check is designed to run on Sun Solaris, GNU/Linux, Mac OS X and CygWin (for Windows platforms). It is released under a GPL licence and can be downloaded directly from Titania Labs.

Sun Patch Check includes a range of options. This version is a maintenance version that includes a new "no colour" output mode and also contains some minor changes to the on-line help and man page.
